BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, BUYER AGREES TO THESE TERMS:
1. Buyer accepts responsibility for proper care of this kitten, and is responsible for the welfare of this kitten
2. Buyer will have this kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of receiving the kitten
3. This kitten’s sleeping quarters will be indoors
4. Buyer will not cage this animal except for the purpose of convalescence
5. Under NO circumstances will this kitten be sold, donated, or leased to a pet store/ broker, animal shelter, or research facility
6. Volare Bengals guarantees that the kitten you purchase will be of good health, and up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.
7. Volare Bengals guarantees this kitten to be genetically sound, and if within 3 (three) years of purchase this kitten dies due to any
congenital defect, Volare Bengals will replace the kitten with one of equal value (except shipping costs). The defect MUST be confirmed by
necropsy performed by licensed veterinarian
8. Buyer will not declaw this kitten. If it is found that the kitten has been declawed, this health guarantee is null and void.
9. If buyer does not have this kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within three business days of receipt of this kitten, this health
guarantee is null and void
10. Volare Bengals is not responsible for ANY veterinary costs authorized by buyer
11. In the event that buyer is unable to care for this kitten, Volare Bengals will be contacted and given first refusal to reclaim this kitten,
and will assist in re-homing the kitten
12. This kitten will be spayed/neutered within 6 months. Upon receipt of a veterinarian issued spay/neuter certificate, registration
papers will be released to purchaser
13. Any litigation regarding the terms of this contract will be held Livingston County, MI
14. All costs incurred by Volare Bengals as a result of litigation are the responsibility of the buyer
